| “For J’s” Onolicious Pork Roast |
Ingredients
- 4 lb pork butt(boneless)
- 1½ Tablespoon “For J’s” Sea Salt
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
Instructions
- Insert small paring knife (2 to 3 inches deep) all over roast for just the right amount of garlic slices.
- Insert garlic slices in each pocket.
- Rub “For J’s” Sea Salt all over pork
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place pork in pan, fat side up & uncovered.
- In preheated oven, roast for 1hr & 20 minutes checking with a meat thermometer periodically until it reaches 160°
- Let roast rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.

Gravy
INGREDIENTS
1 can chicken or beef broth
DIRECTIONS
Add broth to drippings.
Transfer to sauce pan.
Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
Thicken by adding cornstarch/water mixture or flour/water mixture and bring to a boil to preferred thickness.
