| “For J’s” Basil Pesto Hummus |
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz) garbanzo beans (drained, reserve ½ cup liquid)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2½ Tablespoon “For J’s” Fresh Basil Pesto
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- cup reserved liquid from garbanzo beans
- teaspoon “For J’s” Sea Salt (Garlic, Maui Onion or Hawaiian Chili Pepper)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender or food processor; mix until ingredients are well blended.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with Chips, crackers, pita chips or cut raw vegetables.
